RHS Junior Takes Second in State Career Development Test at Healthcare-Focused HOSA Conference
In March, Ritenour High School junior Caleb Secrease took second place in the state for his overall performance on the ATC test in career development at the Missouri HOSA (Future Health Professionals) Conference, which was held at Rolla High School.
HOSA is an international career and technical student organization that promotes careers in healthcare. Secrease and Alexander Smith, a freshman, attended healthcare workshops and competitions with more than 1,000 other high school HOSA students.
Earlier in March, RHS HOSA students raised $1,077 for the National Marrow Donor Program, a global nonprofit leader in cell therapy, helping save the lives of patients with blood cancers and disorders.
